About Us

Our Philosophy

Duryea & Associates understands the time restraints and confidentiality issues necessary for a successful project. We are a small firm with in-house staff responsible for the fieldwork and mapping for all of our projects. Our objective is to ensure that your project will not be delayed due to survey issues. We are committed to providing responsive, personal, quality service for total client satisfaction.

History & Background

Duryea & Associates was established in 1993 and is located in Spokane, Washington. We are a specialty Surveying and Mapping firm providing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Subdivision Platting and Condominium Plans. We are licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico and Hawaii. Our clients include Lenders, Developers, and other Real Estate Professionals.

Project Approach

When you contact our office for a new project, we will prepare a formal proposal defining the scope of work and a fixed fee for the work. The scope of work includes detailed specifications and requirements for that project. We work directly with the Client, the Title Company, the Borrower, Lender and respective counsels to insure the survey is completed on time and in accordance with all requirements of the various parties. Duryea & Associates is a small firm, and when you contact our office for follow up questions on a survey, you are likely to talk with a staff member who was actually on the site. We have found that this project approach minimizes review time and necessary revisions.
